Boot Up! Outdoor Learning offers activities and support for young people from 11-16yrs (KS 3 &4) from schools and academies across Cornwall. 

We specialise in working with children in care, care leavers, SEN and those likely to flourish in an outdoor setting. Offering safe and specialised learning outside the classroom with a strong focus on social and emotional learning, the we offer skills and one-to-one support on a wide range of activities designed to encourage and inspire.

We offer sessions with a mixture of activities based on outdoor learning. All children with a range of learning needs are offered tailored activities to help focus on practical, relational and social skills. We work with groups of no more than 6 children a day on educational activities usually with a 1:1 ratio.

We offer half day 

9.45am-12pm or 12.15pm – 2pm 

or full day sessions 9.45am – 2pm

All staff have 

Current DBS check

Safeguarding and Enhanced Child Protection Certificate

Experience working with children 

Forest School Leadership qualification or various teaching qualifications or outdoor experience

First Aid for the Outdoors certificate
